Prof. Dr. Sven Hartung

Sven Hartung specialises in advising domestic and foreign companies, including many automotive suppliers and industrial associations, in matters of industrial contract law, as well as in commercial law. Another important field of his activity is private construction and architects law. In these areas of law, Sven Hartung advises on the drafting of contracts, but also on warranty claims and distressed situations such as insolvency. He has many years of experience as a litigator in legal disputes.

Prof. Dr. Hartung regularly appears as a speaker at seminars and in-house training courses. In addition, he has contributed numerous publications, including in the F.A.Z. and in legal journals. He is an honorary professor at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, where he teaches in the engineering department, as well as co-editor and co-author of the handbook "Legal issues in the automotive and supplier industry", 3rd edition 2024.
